As with all our fabrics, we recommend washing cold on gentle cycle with mild detergent. If using strong colors together, use a color catcher to help prevent bleeding. Hang dry or dry on lowest setting. If pre-washing woven fabrics, sew the edges to prevent fraying.

The Topstitch collection features a waffled texture created by evenly spaced running stitches nestled among the warp yarns of this fabric. The contrasting “topstitched” threads give a nod to the time-honored hand stitching technqiues of kantha, boro and sashiko.
